Connect customer, commercial and delivery workflows. Reduce the handoffs between the tools that run the business.

XTND includes business-domain foundations for clients, services, offers, contracts, projects, billing and related workflows. Xstudios can use that model to build portals and operational systems around the information your team repeatedly moves between spreadsheets, email and disconnected apps.

What it enables

Connect customer, commercial and delivery workflows. Reduce the handoffs between the tools that run the business.

XTND includes business-domain foundations for clients, services, offers, contracts, projects, billing and related workflows. Xstudios can use that model to build portals and operational systems around the information your team repeatedly moves between spreadsheets, email and disconnected apps.

Customer & client context

Bring client, profile and relationship data closer to the operational workflows that depend on it.

Services, pricing & offers

Model what you sell, how it is priced and how offers move toward accepted work without rebuilding the same data at each step.

Contracts & agreements

Connect commercial agreement context to the projects, services or customer relationship it governs.

Projects & delivery

Build project, task or delivery views around your actual operating process instead of forcing generic project-management behavior.

Billing & finance handoff

Carry structured commercial context into invoicing, accounting or payment integrations with fewer manual handoffs.

Accounting & e-Invoicing

Cross-system workflows

Use integrations and automation to synchronize the parts that should remain in external CRM, ERP, finance or specialist systems.

Implementation approach

Use the capability where it improves the client outcome. Keep the project understandable.

Xstudios translates the XTND platform model into a scoped solution with explicit ownership, integrations, acceptance criteria and production responsibilities.

The goal is not to recreate an ERP for every client.

Many companies already have specialist tools that do individual jobs well. The pain appears between them: the accepted offer must become a project, project information must reach billing, customer changes must propagate, and status updates still move through email or spreadsheets.

Xstudios can design a focused operating layer around those gaps. XTND provides reusable domain and context patterns, while integrations keep systems of record where they belong.

  • Business-object and source-of-truth map
  • Sales-to-delivery workflow
  • Project and service state model
  • Finance/invoicing handoff
  • Permissions, audit and reporting needs
Best fit

This approach is strongest when the problem is repeated handoff and context loss across several systems—not when a single off-the-shelf product already solves the whole process well.

How we deliver

From use case to controlled implementation.

The exact phases change with the project, but we keep the delivery model explicit so reusable platform depth does not become an opaque dependency.

01

Map the handoffs

Follow one real customer or job from first contact through delivery and billing.

02

Choose ownership

Decide which system owns each object and where XTND should aggregate or orchestrate context.

03

Build the operational surface

Create the portal, dashboard, workflow or integration layer your team actually needs.

04

Automate the repeatable parts

Add notifications, synchronization, document handling or AI only after the core process is stable.

Questions clients ask

Practical answers before you commit to a platform direction.

Availability and implementation depth are confirmed against the actual project scope and current XTND capability maturity.

Is this a CRM or ERP replacement?

It can provide CRM-like or operational capabilities, but Xstudios does not assume replacement is the right goal. We often integrate existing specialist systems and use XTND for the workflow and context between them.

Can we start with one department?

Yes. Starting with one high-friction workflow is often safer than attempting a company-wide transformation.

Can this connect to accounting or e-Invoicing?

Yes. Finance handoffs, statements, reconciliation and e-Invoicing are separate implementation areas that can be connected when required.

Can we later productize the workflow for multiple clients or locations?

If the operating pattern is genuinely repeatable, Product Studio and white-label deployment can become relevant later.

Want to assess this capability for your project?

Xstudios can map your requirements against the current XTND platform, identify what is reusable today and define where custom engineering or external systems remain the better choice.

Xstudios focuses on assessment, design, implementation, integration and long-term delivery. The dedicated XTND website covers the broader platform and product story.
